Rosie - it seems wild to me that you can just come across kangaroos … I suppose it's like coming across deer here in Montana! Your pictures are a fabulous peek into the rugged country that you have visited. Thanks so much for sharing with the Mosaic Monday community!

Thanks Angie, there are a lot of kangaroos around when we travel, and unfortunately a lot get killed by trucks and cars, as they often come down to the roadside to eat the new grass if there has been some rain, especially as the centre of Australia is often in drought, although at the present time there have been devastating floods and animals have drowned.

Thanks Ellen, we have done a lot of travelling in our caravan and I am thrilled that others can enjoy my photos via the internet which is one of the positives of living in the 21st century! I hope you have a good week.

Thanks for your comment. I have just started following your Blog so will have some reading to do now. I haven't travelled to the Arizona desert but from what I understand I think it would be similar to our outback which I really love.
